Job Description:
An opportunity has arisen for a Business Development Analysis to join this financial exchange to work on future business development and sales. The purpose of the Business Development Analyst is to support the generation of new business from initial lead generation through to handover to the delivery team.

Key Accountabilities

- effective analysis of the potential opportunities and returns from a region, sector or group of prospects
- preparing and compiling data on business development and sales targets
- providing input to the lead qualification and resource request processes
- preparing accurate sales presentations and proposal material
- providing accurate and timely support during deal negotiation and closing
- presenting an effective ES business development message in appropriate public forums

Essential Skills

*Experience of commercial sales support or of project delivery in the exchange sector
*Experience of dealing with external clients on sales or delivery projects
*Experience of compiling technical or sales documents or analysing client requirements
*Knowledge or experience of cash or derivatives trading in an Exchange, MTF/ATS or Exchange technology organisation

*Business or requirements analysis in the exchange sector
*Cost or effort estimation
*Sales forecast preparation and reporting
*Experience of at least one documented sales management process
