Job Description:
Daily paying agency are seeking a Business Process Manager, to work in a long term contract in Berkshire. We are looking for an individual to work at Program level, who has functional experience of all of the SAP modules and understands how all of these fit together from an overall business process perspective. This is a 6-24 month contract, paying circa £500-£700 per day dependant upon experience.

This is a business process integration role and will require you to be highly process driven, with global experience across all of the SAP modules. This will suit someone that is SAP through and through, maybe starting their career in a strong functional type role and having moved into a more program level / process Management position.

You will need to have experience of working in Global programmes, as the outcome of this project is to replace the myriad of legacy systems over the globe, with a pan-European SAP system with one instance, to support the European trading companies.

This is not a role for a technical manager, this is a functional role and requires a candidate with experience of integrating processes and not systems. You will take responsibility for how processes and the program integrate.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will be accountable for delivering a regional solution of process and solution designs

You will also be accountable for process and solution design quality as documented in process models and supporting tools.

Leading a team of process workstream leads through the analysis, design, build and test phases of the programme.

Supporting the Project Delivery Manager, in delivering the programme across the workstreams of process delivery, technical delivery and change delivery and supporting the programme leadership with organisation design and transition approach development for the programme and sustaining functions.

Accountable for creating and demonstrating value from process, data and information solutions.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

As outlined earlier in this advert, we are looking for:

*Candidates with experience in process/programme lead roles, who have completed several full life-cycle, pan-European, SAP process implementations.
*Business perspective / focused and not a technical consultant or manager. Must be functional.
*Excellent knowledge and experience of all of the SAP modules and how they interlink with each other, from a process and template perspective.
*Experience of managing and providing guidance to the teams implementing the solution and leading cross functional teams, both during and post project.
*Full experience in the development and deployment of a template based SAP solution.
* Excellent experience and a track record in FMCG process design.
*End to end process testing.
*Business case development and benefit tracking.
