Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work for a globally renowned IT Solutions company who work within the pharmaceutical industry.
They are looking for a passionate Business Solutions Analyst who will be responsible for designing IT solutions to business requirements as well as delivering IT Projects to plan. Other responsibilities will include creating, amending and maintaining business intelligence dashboards using Qlikview.
The successful candidate will be developing the ERP and CRM systems, project manage and implement business improvement project as well as analysing the business needs for new dashboards and business needs for amendments.
Other responsibilities:
- You will be expected to complete regular ad-hoc operation jobs and monitor the Qlikview system to ensure it meets the agreed SLA.
- Provide technical and project management skills for the existing dashboard projects.
- Write ad- hoc reports and extract data to deliver process efficiencies to meet the agreed SLA.
- Providing 1st line support to all infrastructure, systems and process issues and escalating them to 2nd and 3rd line support if necessary.
- Manage and deliver agreed projects.
- working alongside suppliers and consultants to deliver solutions, and liaising closely with business sponsors, users and management to design and develop new systems.
- Ensure that all documentation is completed and provide on going support to the development systems.
- Provide training and coaching to existing staff and new starters on the ERP and CRM systems.
- Develop reports on ERP and CRM systems.
- Identify potential ERP and CRM system enhancements and log them for review of future projects.
Required skills/ experience:
- Extensive Qlikview experience
- Solid experience with Crystal
- Experience with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, SQL, Crystal reports and oracle.
- Cross functional knowledge and experience of ERP and CRM systems in order management, purchasing, inventory management, finance and logistics.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes.
- Project management and leadership experience.
- Training and coaching experience.
- Unix experience
- System validation experience
