Job Description:
A Leading Financial services organisation, that specialise in systems integration and software development are seeking an experienced IQ Loan Support Analyst, to join a newly established team in Southern Ireland, responsible for establishing a software development operation, that will service their global branches. (Could potentially be London based or Ireland based, depending on preference).
OVERVIEW
This requirement is to support the existing Loans system and therefore knowledge of both Loan IQ and the corporate loans market is required.
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will be required to provide daily support of the user community on a global basis; Assisting the users with routine bookings, investigations into account errors related to bookings and updating of ad hoc reports and of static data code tables.
* Investigating system errors; Working with technical support and users to test, recreate and document the error.
* Work with the business process owner and the various business groups throughout the Bank, investigate ways to add new products and improve application work flows, creating specification documents as required.
* Take all system changes through the SDLC process, including - initial testing, preparing UAT environments, compiling results, reporting progress to management and presenting for approval to the change committee for implementation to production.
* Be able to create training material.
MUST HAVE
*Loans Administration experience to a Supervisor / Approver level.
- Syndications and Agency
- Loan Trading
- Interest and Fee Calculations
*Previous Load IQ user.
*Previous Involvement in User Acceptance Testing.
