KEY SKILLS
We are a global financial company currently looking to recruit a Change Analyst on a permanent basis paying around £25,000 - £30,000p/a based in Belfast
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Proficient in the use of MS Office
ITIL Change Management Practitioner or ITIL Service Management accreditation (version 2 or 3)
In depth knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles outside of change management - particularly Incident, Problem, Configuration and Release Management
Experience in risk and impact assessment techniques
Process oriented individual, structured approach to work and excellent at problem solving
Excellent broad understanding of technology
