KEY SKILLS Change Manager
We are a global financial company currently looking to recruit a Change Manager on a permanent basis paying around £35,000 - £40,000p/a based in Belfast
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:
Proficient in the use of MS Office
ITIL Change Management Practitioner or ITIL Service Management accreditation (version 2 or 3)
In depth knowledge of ITIL Service Management principles outside of change management - particularly Incident, Problem, Configuration and Release Management
Experience in risk and impact assessment techniques
Hands on experience in managing IT changes in a large and complex organisation
Process oriented individual, structured approach to work and excellent at problem solving
Excellent broad understanding of technology
