Customer Technical Support Group Analyst - Jun 2010

Background:

Matt Hancock, Account Manager at Jenrick IT recruited David Atcheson for a Customer Technical Support Group Analyst contract, working at NYSE in London.

This position was rather challenging to recruit, as the candidate was required to have specific Linux skills and ISV knowledge. A mix of front office trading experience, technical knowledge and technical account management.

Jenrick has been working with NYSE since 2000 and has recruited a number of job roles including; Technical Support Engineers, Red Hat Systems Engineers, Business Analyst and a Project Manager job.

Jenrick successfully recruited 3 people out of a team of 4.

David completed the candidate service questionnaire and provided the following feedback:

David was ‘extremely satisfied’ with the clear written/verbal description of the role, Jenrick IT helped him to feel well-prepared and confident for the interview. He was ‘extremely satisfied’ with how the initial written/verbal offer was conveyed.

David was also ‘extremely satisfied’ with Matt’s support throughout the resignation process and all the information he received for the start of the new position.

David found Jenrick IT to be ‘better than other agencies’ and would recommend them to colleagues.
