Background:

A London-based Multilateral Trading Facilities (MTF) Company contacted Chris Chilton and his team to conduct an urgent Executive Search assignment to recruit for an Interim Financial Director.

The role was required to cover maternity leave and as such the company stressed that the required individual must have extensive experience with their specific industry to ensure that they can ‘hit the ground running’ and thus add immediate value to the organisation, as well as complement the existing team culture.
