Job Description:
MCSE Certified Infrastructure Support Specialist requested with 3yrs+ experience in a busy IT environment supporting and managing complex Active Directory structure with Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008
Excellent knowledge of Active Directory & Windows Server technologies and VMware technologies is essential
Excellent knowledge on technical troubleshooting on Windows technologies
Working knowledge of backup's administration is essential.
Working knowledge of VMware technologies and Exchange is essential
Documentation skills and excellent customer facing qualities.
Excellent operation of Avaya voice technology
