Moves And Changes Coordinator

A large Financial company in Central London are Currently looking for a Moves And Changes Coordinator (IMAC) to join on a 6 month contract. This role is paying up to £240 per hour.

The IMAC Customer Implementation Analyst works within a key global managed services division ensuring that member infrastructure and services are scheduled effectively and meet delivery dates.

The Coordinator Will provide support to the IMAC Team Leader in key management responsabilities including the first line escalation and deputising in the absence of the Team Leader.

The role is administrative with a slight technical emphasis and is highly customer service focused. The role supports implementation of infrastructure deployment in three main regions.

Essential Skills;

Three years minimum of:

Succesfull Project Coordination
Effective management of Telco carrier delivery function
Working in a financial sector
Microsoft office environment (access, Excel)
Remedy or similar

Skills;

Strong inter personal skills, relationship building
Ability to routinely deliver completed projects within agreed SLA targets
Ability to work effectively in a pressured environment
Basic knowledge and experience of Cisco and Juniper
