Job Description:
Excellent opportunity has arisen for the post of Head of Support, working with a FTSE250 company in Lincoln, that are a consulting and business services organisation.

Key competencies in the practice are based around the following modules, SD, BI, BW, C-Projects, HCM FiCo, ABAP and Basis.
You will be required to have both support and development exposure, be able to manage multiple services and come from a consultancy background.

Two main areas of responsibility for this role include:
*Ensuring the provision of an effective support / delivery function of around 30 SAP specialists.
*Use your commercial abilities to help grow existing and deliver new revenue streams.

You will also undertake an operational management role to ensure that SLAs are met and you will need to collaborate on issue and risk management, escalating issues as required. You will provide monthly summary reports on operational status and will be responsible for resource management, ensuring that SAP specialists are correctly educated, making you a key decision maker in the recruitment of additional SAP specialists.

MUST HAVE:
*SAP development and support exposure, ideally both at mid tier and enterprise levels.
*Have experience of managing multiple services.
*Software application development related Project Management experience.
*ITIL or Prince 2 certifications or verifiable experience of formal service management.
*Consultancy experience.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes in an effective manner.
*Committed and highly professional. will to take ownership of problems and provide workable solutions.
