Job Description:
ITIL Certified Service Delivery Manager required with a wealth of experience in Service Management across complex environments
Strong experience in leading and coordinating IT Service Management across multiple delivery teams both internally and externally
Solid experience of implementing ITIL Process into complex environments
Coordinate an effective problem management process ensuring appropriate prioritisation and communication around change contract processes and functions.
Commercial management experience around costing, financial forecasting, contractual agreements, licensing and risk management capabilities.
Strong stakeholder engagement experience and experience of managing outsource supplier relationships.
