UK Service Delivery Manager
I started with Jenrick quite a few years ago working as a PA to our Managing Director. I realised very quickly that I was working for a unique organisation that nurtured individual talent.
Although I had come from an administrative background, my natural affinity with people was recognised and I was encouraged, after a relatively short period of time, to move across into sales. I never looked back.
Account Management and Business Development is incredibly rewarding. I really enjoy speaking to such a wide variety of individuals on a daily basis, all of whom have the common goal of realising their dream job.
That's where I come in. The sense of satisfaction in uniting a client of mine with a promising candidate is phenomenal. Everyone is a winner, what more can I ask. The number of testimonials I receive from satisfied customers means a great deal to me.
I filled out a Personal Profile once, the results of which came back as no real surprise. To summarise it said that I am "a passionate individual who scores highly on empathy, good instinct and understanding other's emotions. A conscientious and diligent worker who believes in looking after customers and clients".
I couldn't have put it better myself. The ethos of Jenrick is so similar to my own. We have a great "team approach" which I believe is quite different to many companies working in the same field as ourselves. It helps us to learn and develop but more importantly, it ensures we all work together in order to provide the best possible service we can to our candidates, contractors and customers alike.
