Working at Jenrick IT Recruitment Agency was my first job after graduating with a BSc in Business and I.T. from Southbank University. I was keen to join a company that offered some type of Graduate programme, a company that would give me the chance to learn and develop – all of which has enabled me to successfully develop my career within IT Recruitment over these last 5 or more years.
Initially I began working in our Financial Services division covering Investment Banking, Exchange, Electronic Trading, Multilateral Trading and Money Markets. However, over the last few years our team has diversified to cover Digital, New Media and Web Design Agency work, which I have found suits my knowledge base extremely well.
I especially like the amount of positive feedback we receive from our Clients and Contractors. I will always remember one particular example that confirmed how well we were doing things, when a very experienced contractor spoke to me after we had successfully placed him. He commented that Jenrick’s recruitment processes were the ‘most comprehensive’ he had ever experienced. It made me feel like I had really achieved something and confirmed to me that the way we do things in Jenrick, is the right way.
