Operator / Support Analyst - £225 per day - City
Key Skills: Working experience of an operations environment; Knowledge of Unix or Linux; Vax/VMS; Remedy; Some experience of Windows NT / Microsoft suite.
We are currently looking to recruit a Senior Operational Support Analyst on a 6 month contract basis and paying up to £225 per day.
Essentials:
* Working experience of an operations environment preferably in a financial services;
* Knowledge of Unix or Linux;
* VAX / VMS experience;
* Experience working with Remedy;
* Telephone Support experience;
* Market awareness;
* Ability to troubleshoot;
* Used to shift work.
Must have good customer support skills; The contract is initially for 6 months paying up to £225 to the candidate. The position will be initially based in the City then move to Basildon after a number of months. We are looking for someone who's had experience of team leadership or willing to step up and take more responsibility and can start ASAP.
