PayPoint.net - excellent service delivered by Robin Pillay

Client Background:

Over the last few years Robin Pillay has helped PayPoint.net acquire new staff within the IT department.

Although other agencies are on the PSL for PayPoint.net, the majority of the current Systems Team have been recruited through Jenrick CPI.

In contrary to the candidates proposed by Jenrick, PayPoint.net found that most CVs from the other agencies were not specific enough and therefore unsatisfactory for the role.

Role Background:

Robin placed a Systems Administrator with PayPoint.net, to assist the company expand its current system admin team, to work both in London and Tonbridge.

The main recruitment issue Robin faced was finding a candidate who matched the exact skill criteria for the role (extremely strong Linux skills), yet also someone willing to work between Tonbridge and London.

A key attribute of Jenrick’s candidate screening processes is to ensure issues, such as travel, are discussed at length. Such thoroughness, to even the smallest details, is a key reason why Jenrick’s placement retention and success ratios are some of the highest in the industry.
