Salary:£300 - £400 per day + Role very likely to roll past 3 months
Job Description:
The PMO management position would require being on site in the East Midlands Monday to Thursday with the ability to work from home most Fridays.

The responsibilities would be:
STATUS
oChasing down and collating weekly status reports from each work stream lead
oManagement and ownership of programme risk and issue logs
oChasing updates for risks, issues and actions
oReview of risks and issues with Programme Manager from Consultancy and end Client
PLANNING
oChasing updates to programme plan from work streams
oOwnership of high-level plan
oUpdate of summary plan (in powerpoint) from underlying detail
oEscalation of plan slippages to teams and up to programme management
FINANCE
oManage the raising of Purchase Orders for suppliers (up to 6 suppliers)
oReceiving invoices, matching against PO's and getting approval for payment.
oTracking spend against budget
oWeekly reporting of project financials with support from a Financial Analyst.
DOCUMENTATION
oMinute taking in status, risk and issue meetings + other key programme meetings
oDocumentation support for programme management e.g. Updating documents

A flexible approach to work is vital. Experience of working in a PMO team / as PMO working for a Consultancy out on a client site is key. This contract position should last for 6 months+ but with a shorter initial commitment.
