Process Improvement Consultant - Aviation

Background:

Nigel has been contracting within the Aviation Industry, at BAA Gatwick and through Jenrick CPI since 2006, as a Process Improvement Consultant.

The position was a particularly difficult role to fill as the client was seeking an expert in Process Improvement with specific Lean Six Sigma experience, and insisted on someone who had worked in a large Operational Service related industry background.

Although Jenrick CPI is not a first tier supplier to BAA, they were given the opportunity to recruit for the role due to the other agencies inability to find a suitable candidate.

Miriam Lee (Jenrick’s account manager for BAA) has also recruited a number of other positions for BAA including; Data Analysis, Process Improvement Consultants, Service Delivery Managers, Facilities Improvement Experts, IT Project Manager and Support Consultants.
