Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager / Relationship Manager, with experience of working in the Healthcare arena, as you will require an outstanding understanding of healthcare processes.

This is a permanent role, based within the Birmingham area, however we will be looking for someone with a flexible approach and comfortable with travelling to customer sites or working from home. This is a challenging yet rewarding role, offering a salary circa £40-£55K depending upon experience.

For this role you will need to come from a background of delivering IT projects within the Healthcare environment and dealing with the impact that these new systems will have on staff / employees. you will have managed large scale IT projects, delivering technical solutions - mix of hardware, software and work-flow systems and finding where the pitfalls are.

The key to this role is developing relationships with employees and smoothing out any negative issues, staff have with the implementation of these systems. Generally ensuring that these systems are delivered seamlessly, with minimal impact to the business. You need to sell the benefits of the systems and ensure you have the buy in from employees.

This is a multi million pound project and very critical.

This project is initially a 12 month contract and for the first 6 months, you will spend most of your time on-site, after this point you are likely to have your time spread between site and home.

Once this project is complete, your skills and expertise will then be moved to other interesting projects. In particular my client is looking for someone to take them through the ISO9000 accreditation.
