SC cleared Service Desk Analyst - Devon - 6 months contract - £12/h - £15/h
We are looking for a Service Desk Analyst with SC clearance and Remedy ticketing system skills to provide a first point of contact with remote and local users.
Candidates must be cleared to SC level and have skills with Remedy.
The right candidate will have the following experience:
- Remedy ticketing system
- Previously working on a service desk
- ITIL environment
- Windows XP, Office 2003, Outlook 2005
- Ability to contribute to service desk improvements and help staff with training
You will be taking approx 40 - 50 calls per day, expected 80% first time fix rate.
37 working hours are between 7:30 - 5:30 Monday till Friday with possibility of on-call hours.
