Job Description:
Role: Software Delivery / Online Business Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 plus benefits package

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a global organisation. You will have experience in the deployment and delivery of software and Online web solutions, with a strong background in retail.

The role will comprise of the following responsibilities:

- Defining functional content of software products for sale to local, regional and global markets.
- Contribute to non software elements of product release, including expert functional testing and documentation, whilst working closely with the development team.
- Support product management, marketing, project management and commercial sales.
- Document functional requirements, including scope, business benefits, functional specifications, user stories and wireframes.
- Review technical specifications and test plans and ensure they will satisfy business requirements.
-Participate in customer / pre-sales engagements.
-Frequent worldwide travel to other global offices

To be considered for the role, candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experience on their CV:

- 5 years total IT experience with at least 3 years experience in the business analysis of software solutions, ideally from a retail background
- Worked in Agile software development environments
- Front End Web Project experience.
- Client facing experience & process mapping / workshops
- Previous experience with a major software vendor
- Exposure to a global environment an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
