Job Description:
MAIN responsibilities:
* Adhere to the agreed test processes set
* Identify, plan & develop test approaches for all products, ensuring best practice.
* Create test approaches for new components developed in-house.
* Create and update test scripts for new or existing components.
* Execution of testing, working closely with developers.
* Work to the project plan (or task schedule), ensuring all deliverables are met, and report progress and any issues back to the System Test Team Lead.

Qualifications required:
Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Business degree required.

Minimum level of experience required:

* 2-3 years system testing in an IT focused development environment
* At least 2 years experience in System Testing
* Proven ability in writing test cases against functional specifications and technical notes
* Experience in improving test procedures within an organisation
* Experience in integration and regression testing
* Knowledge of Software and System Testing Life Cycle
* Strong communication (verbal and written) skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organisation
* Proven ability to manage the execution of the whole testing process, where interaction with developers and business leads is essential
* Proven ability in problem resolution, and must exercise good judgement
* Useful experience - Oracle, SQLServer, Java, C++, Flash, Automated testing tools
