Background:

The UK’s largest newspaper publishing group was recently referred to Jenrick CPI as a provider of bespoke recruitment solutions.

The role in question was for a Test Engineer and the consultant team were tasked with identifying the most appropriate candidates who not only met an extremely specific skill and experience criterion, but also whose personality would complement their existing team.

Within 3 days Jenrick CPI had identified and recommended three candidates – all of whom were accepted by the client for first interview.

Of the three candidates, two were called for a second interview. One was successful and the client subsequently stated that they would have gladly employed the other candidate had their first choice declined the offer.

In all, from taking the initial instruction to receiving a formal offer of employment, the recruitment process timescale was 10 days.
