Background:

Jeff completed a 2-month contract working for one of our biggest financial trading clients as a Tester in 2008.

In the past he had experienced problems working with IT agencies and the service they provided and because of this Jeff was wary of agencies generally. He found that there was a distinct lack of service, empathy and general customer care. In addition, he has experienced delayed payment issues, sometimes having to wait 30 days for his invoices to be cleared by the agency.
