Job Description:
This role requires a candidate with background in Derivatives trading or Futures / Options App Support and / or UAT / Customer Support and a strong knowledge of the Derivatives markets to come in an act in an IT role carrying out a range of work from Customer Support and Account Management to IT Testing work.
The ideal candidate will be an ex-trader with good general IT skills and a history / knowledge of UAT testing or evaluation of trading systems / front office trading apps.
Skills;
Support / Use / UAT Testing of Front Office trading applications e.g. Testing Trading Technologies - X Trader, Pat Systems, RTS, Bloomberg, Reuters, ISV experience etc.
Strong customer service / support skills.
Good general IT skills an advantage. E.g. Unix / Linux.
Desirable skills;
Trading experience - Futures / Options / Derivatives.
