Job Description:
A Leading Financial services organisation, that specialise in systems integration and software development are seeking an experienced Websphere Message Broker Developer, to join a newly established team in Southern Ireland, responsible for establishing a software development operation, that will service their global branches.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role you will support the interface team unit and related interfaces that ensures business continuity. You will be responsible for designing, developing solutions, troubleshooting issues and assisting with code reviews to ensure optimal solutions are being delivered.

You will also be responsible for new development, on going maintenance and production support of all the application internal and external interfaces.

MUST HAVE

* Experience with IBM Websphere Message Broker (V7 ideally as this is the Version being used, could consider V6.5 also) - Experience of Message sets and message definitions using XML, MRM and TDS formats, CSV, SWIFT and X12.
*Experience of message flows using compute nodes, HTTP nodes, SOAP nodes, routing nodes, mapping nodes, Java Compute nodes, Java custom nodes, FileInput and FilePutput Nodes and Database Nodes.
*Experience in programming languages: Korn Shell Scripts, Perl, Java, SQL, C, C++
*Experience with Project Management, business analysis and development toolsets including MS Office, Visio, MS Project, TOAD and PVCS Code Management.
*Experience in working with Operating systems such as Unix (AIX), Linux (Suse), Windows (NT, 2000, XP) and Open VMS.
* Experience with databases such as Oracle 9i, 10G, PL/SQL, Stored procedures.
